Welcome to Tweakr. By downloading or using the Tweakr app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tweakr, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Tweakr offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans to access Pro features:

Weekly — $2.99 per week. Billed weekly. Renews automatically every week.

Monthly — $7.99 per month. Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Billed monthly after the trial period. Renews automatically every month.

Annual — $49.99 per year. Billed annually. Renews automatically every year.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID > Subscriptions. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.

3. Free Trial

The Monthly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers only. Your account will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tweakr only for lawful purposes. You may not use the app to generate content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Tweakr — including but not limited to the app design, logo, and code — are owned by Tweakr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

6. Third Party Services

Tweakr uses third-party services including Anthropic's Claude AI for generating replies and translations, and RevenueCat for subscription management. Your use of Tweakr is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tweakr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate or appropriate. Use of AI-generated replies is at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tweakr and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or any harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
